FORMS OF PAYMENT...
Embelle Boutique is currently only accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPay account payments via PayPal. Our online store has ABSOLUTELY NO ACCESS to your personal credit card or PayPal account information as all payments are processed through PayPal. Upon placing your order online and proceeding to checkout, you will be directed to the official PayPal website. Here, you will enter your major credit card or PayPal account information, securely complete your Embelle Boutique purchase and view/print a payment confirmation. Customers will also receive payment confirmation via email. Immediately after payment, you will be re-directed to the Embelle Boutique website. SHIPPING INFORMATION...
At this time, all orders will ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) upon confirmation of purchase. We offer the following USPS shipping options for delivery of your purchase: STANDARD MAIL (typically 1-7 days), PRIORITY MAIL (2-3 days)and EXPRESS OVERNIGHT (1-2 days).
We currently offer a flat rate charge of $5 for all USPS STANDARD shipping in Texas; and a flat rate charge of $7 for all USPS GROUND shipping outside of Texas.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES...
Not satisfied? Doesn't fit? Just don't like it? No problem. Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed and undamaged). Just send us a quick email (embelleboutique@yahoo.com) stating what you want - return or exchange. You will get a response email with instructions for returning your item(s) to us. Items marked as "CLEARANCE", "AS-IS" OR "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Returns/refunds (less original postage fees) and exchanges are processed within 15 business days in the order that they are received. Customer will be responsible for postage on returned/exchanged merchandise, unless fault lies with our store. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges.
**NOTE: Swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned. NO EXCEPTIONS.
